Courage Campaign Releases New TV Spot in Support of Prop30

A powerful new TV ad, released today by the Courage Campaign, shows what California’s future will look like if Prop 30 fails.

You can see the ad here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5jJWxU2QORo&list=UUU276uQyH09WsDw8U-8O0aw&index=2&feature=plcp

The ad will air in the LA market later this week.

Statement of Rick Jacobs, founder and chair of the Courage Campaign:

“California’s ballot measures will, once again, be the second most expensive game of political football in the country, as shadowy out-of-state entities dump anonymous money into the fight, hoping to confuse California voters so that the wealthy will be able to dodge paying their fair share. This ad tells the story of one girl’s life after Prop. 30 fails, the real-life consequences of firing thousands of teachers, cutting healthcare, and sacrificing education all for the short term gain of the likes of the Koch Brothers, Charlie Munger, Jr. and undisclosed donors from around the country.”
