Ensure affordable housing in Alameda — YES on Measure M1 and NO on Measure L1

Rent in Alameda is increasing, on average, at 10 times the rate of inflation. Household income, however, has not kept pace. As a result, more and more Alameda residents are unable to afford housing thanks to skyrocketing rents and the rising crisis of “no-cause” evictions. This is unacceptable.
