Liberal Groups Team Up to Poll CA Voters on 2016 Democratic Senate Picks

New Microsite from Courage Campaign and Democracy for America Asks California Voters to Choose Their Top 3 Senate Picks
CALIFORNIA — The California-based Courage Campaign is teaming up with Democracy for America to launch a new microsite aimed at gauging the opinions of California voters on their 2016 picks for Barbara Boxer’s senate seat. The poll will be open starting today, January 15th and will remain open through January 21st. Results will be released when the poll closes.

The microsite — billed as a CA Senate Pulse Poll — launches today and asks California voters to rank their top three draft picks from among 15 potential candidates, including:
- Congressman Adam Schiff
- Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa
- State Insurance Commissioner Dave Jones
- Former Congresswoman Ellen Tauscher
- Former US Labor Secretary Hilda Solis
- Congresswoman Jackie Speier
- Former Congresswoman Jane Harman
- State Treasurer John Chiang
- Congressman John Garamendi
- State Attorney General Kamala Harris
- Congresswoman Karen Bass
- Sacramento Mayor Kevin Johnson
- Congresswoman Loretta Sanchez
- Fund Manager and Climate Activist Tom Steyer
