The Reproductive Health Non-Discrimination Act (AB 569) would protect California’s employees from workplace discrimination based on their personal reproductive health care decisions. The bill does not force employers to change their views on reproductive health — it simply ensures that employers do not unlawfully discriminate against women who make their own family-planning choices.
