Stop corporate lobbyists from underfunding our schools

Earlier this year, the teachers of the Los Angeles Unified School District went on strike to get a better deal for their students. The district, its workers, and other stakeholders came together and acknowledged that the decades-long funding crisis in our public schools must be addressed.

That’s why on the June 4 ballot, Measure EE will ask corporations to pay a little more in taxes to lower class sizes and attract and retain quality teachers, counselors, school nurses, librarians, support staff and principals.
