The Contra Costa Times: Arrowhead springs, Nestle mountain operations affected by drought

Several weeks ago, the group — called the Courage Campaign — called for the State Water Resources Control Board to step in and close the bottling operations, with its executive director, Eddie Kurtz, saying packaging the water and selling it is not a good use of the state’s water. That call came on the heels of criticism across the state that Nestle and other big businesses in industries that tap the state’s water need to do more to cut back.
